Once we receive your deposit, we’ll send you a confirmation email along with:

  • 60 to 30 days before the tour: 50% of the total cost.
  • 29 to 15 days before the tour: 75% of the total cost.
  • 14 days or less before the tour: 100% of the total cost will be forfeited.

However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics), we’ll work with you to offer alternative dates. Your flexibility is our priority.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to show up at the designated meeting point without prior notice, the full tour cost will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

  • Complaints and Feedback: If there’s anything you’re not happy with during the tour, don’t hesitate to bring it up with your guide or tour operator. We are committed to resolving any issues immediately.
